Agreement
By accessing highendeg.com, requesting a quote, or engaging High End Pro (“we”, “us”, the “Company”) for any service, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or engage our services.
Services
High End Pro provides services across three connected fields:
- Programming & IT — software development, IT consulting, system integration, cloud, and infrastructure services.
- Investments — strategic investment analysis, partnership opportunities, and business development advisory in the technology and hospitality sectors.
- Tourism — full-service travel management through our Jana Tours brand, including packages, flights, hotels, transfers, visa services, and bespoke planning.
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement (Statement of Work, Proposal, or Booking Confirmation) executed between you and High End Pro. In case of conflict between this document and a signed engagement, the signed engagement prevails.
Engagements and quotations
Quotations issued by High End Pro are valid for thirty (30) days unless stated otherwise. Engagement begins after both parties sign the Statement of Work and the agreed deposit (typically 30% to 50% of the project value) has been received.
Payment terms
Payment terms are specified in each Statement of Work. Standard terms:
- Project work — deposit on signing, milestone-based instalments, final balance on delivery.
- Retainers — monthly in advance, payable within seven (7) days of invoice date.
- Tourism bookings — according to airline, hotel, and supplier rules at the time of booking; deposit and balance schedules vary.
Late payment may suspend ongoing work and incur a late fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment for the engagement, you own all custom code, designs, written content, and deliverables that we produce specifically for your project. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks, and general know-how that we bring to the engagement — and grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use them within the deliverable.
We may, with your prior written consent, reference completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials. Confidential or sensitive engagements remain undisclosed.
Confidentiality
We treat all non-public information you share with us as confidential. We do not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or to the limited service providers necessary to deliver the engagement. NDAs are signed on request, before scoping discussions begin.
Warranties and support
For software deliverables, we provide a sixty (60) day warranty during which we fix bugs in the delivered code at no additional cost, provided the bug is reproducible and the environment has not been modified by another party.
Ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and feature work beyond the warranty period are covered by a separate support agreement.
Cancellation and refunds
Project work: If you cancel an engagement after signing, you are billed for work performed up to the cancellation date plus a reasonable wind-down fee. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
Tourism services: Cancellation and refund rules follow the policies of the airline, hotel, or supplier involved. We will always disclose the applicable rules before you confirm a booking.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees paid by you to High End Pro under that engagement during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Travel-specific terms (Jana Tours)
For travel bookings handled by our Jana Tours division, you acknowledge that High End Pro acts as an agent between you and third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport providers, embassies). Their terms, conditions, and policies apply to your booking. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is not included unless explicitly purchased.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any engagement with High End Pro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of El Gouna / Hurghada, Red Sea Governorate, Egypt — unless the engagement specifies otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with a “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
